Rent Payment Method Instructions

Payment is due on the 1st day of each month. If your payment is not received by 5pm on the 5th day of the month you will be charged a late fee of + 5% of your rental amount. Eviction notices will be processed on the 15th of the month. Eviction processing fees will be charged to your account $20 Notice Fee on the 15th and a $150 Filing Fee on the 25th. Hardship extensions must be granted prior to filing on the 25th to avoid these charges. To request a hardship extension, email the office at rent@ncreshomes.com before the 25th.
Payment Method 1.
All tenants in our NCRES homes have been signed up to a TurboTenant account for easy and secure electronic rent payments. The portal will show your current statement balance of payments that are due. You received an invitation email. If you did not register at the portal and need help to login please email support@turbotenant.com to request a new invitation to be sent to you.
Payment Method 2.
You can send a check or money order to this address with an additional $10 processing fee. Be sure to write your rental unit address in the memo to make sure that your payments are applied to your account correctly. It includes a $10 fee.

Payment Method 3.
You can make a deposit at the counter or the drive thru at First Bank, click here for the locations available. You can use cash, check or money order. You have to print the .pdf below, and fill out the deposit slip, and then present it to the teller. The teller will provide you with a receipt. You must send a photo image to get credit. Send it via email to rent@ncreshomes.com or text the photo image to 336-338-8275 as proof of deposit. If you do not send a receipt photo image for proof of deposit, you will not be credited for payment. Be sure to keep your receipts until you have an email or text confirmation from the office that your payment has been received and credited to your rental account.
