NCRES Homes is located in Greensboro, NC, but our representatives work remotely from their personal home offices. In order to protect their privacy our address is not a physical location, but simply a P.O. Box. To make rental payments in cash in person you can review the Tenant Recourses page for the locations and payment slips to use.

Our representative will answer the office calls during business hours four days a week between 10 am and 6 pm. After hours messages will be reviewed 24/7 however unless there is an emergency situation such as a critical system failure or water leak you will not receive an immediate, instead should be responded to before the end of the next business day.
